FAQ:

  • To get the most from the course it would be helpful to know the following:

    Where your files are located on your device (downloads, documents, file explores etc)

    You passwords for iCloud or Drive accounts and your email accounts.

    Know how to create a folder.

  • No laptop is required! Any digital device, PC Mac, phone or tablet will work. This workshop covers organising files and images of your work, as well as managing emails and using a cloud based storage to streamline your devices.

  • The focus is on Apple products but I do cover Windows. I focus on general digital decluttering strategies that will apply to all devices. Ultimately if you feel you did not get what you expected from the course please get in touch or see my refund policy above.

  • There are 4 modules and I would recommend working on one module a month, but you may want to work through it faster, maybe one module a week. If you have thousands of photos it may take you longer than a week to sort them out, depending on how long you spend on it each day, but after working though the course your devices will be much more organised and you should feel motivated to continue decluttering each device on you own.

  • You have lifetime access to the course, even if I update and add to the content, you will still have access.

  • There is a preparation checklist to work through before each module to make sure you have the basic tech knowledge required. There is a video to watch and checklist to help you work thorough the content.
